KFC are an iconic business who needed a global employer brand. Sounds like a simple brief, right? Well, the challenge was quite complex. They needed a globally consistent employer brand, but they also needed it to have the flex to be adapted for different markets across the world. And on top of that, there wasn’t one marketing team - there was a team in every. Single. Market. And it was up to them and the franchisees in their country, to activate the brand we create.
Partnering with an Art Director, we cooked up an employer brand that celebrates the people behind the bucket, from restuarant crews to tech teams. We brought KFC’s EVP and People Promise to life through a global playbook packed with copy, design, messaging and activation ideas to help every stakeholder make it their own.
